What you will need – a comfortable place to lay down, blanket(s) to pad your yoga mat (if using) or to cover up, a small pillow for your head, and if you have them, a bolster or rolled-up towel for under the knees and an eye-pillow can be nice. You can also choose to practice sitting in a reclining chair or a comfortable chair and footstool.
