“Rooted in Reciprocity.” You’ve probably seen this written on our website, flyers, and printed on our t-shirts. VitV is founded on the belief that all of us have something to give and all of us, at some point, will have something we need. But what exactly does that entail? In other words, how exactly do we live up to the ideal of reciprocity inherent in the Village’s mission? Additionally, what connection does the idea of reciprocity have to other ideas, like community, collaboration, and compassion? And finally, how does reciprocity change the way we are able to age, whether that be in place, in community, or otherwise?
