This class will focus on a gentle Vinyasa-style practice. It is designed for middle-aged and older adults. However, anyone who is interested is welcome to attend. The class is led by Village member Jan Phillips and will concentrate on relaxation, flexibility, strength, and balance. There is no cost for the class, although donations to help pay for the space being used will be gratefully accepted. Bring a yoga mat or large towel and wear clothing in which you can comfortably move.
