Crystal singing bowls are bowls used to promote relaxation in a meditative state. During the session we will gather in a comfortable position and enjoy listening to the vibrations of the bowls as the sound fills the space.

To maximize comfort, please bring a pillow and blanket. Be mindful that this will be in the CRC Annex and it tends to be a bit chilly.
