Come take a trip to Waldo, OH! Waldo is home to the Warren G. Harding Home and Presidential Library.
The Harding Home, which is adjacent to the Warren G. Harding Presidential Library & Museum, has been open to the public since February 1926. Warren Harding and Florence Kling oversaw the construction of the home, at 380 Mt. Vernon Avenue in Marion, during their 1890-91 engagement. They were married in the home on July 8, 1891; it was their primary residence for the next 30 years.
Tickets to the museum are $15 for adults 60+ and $16 for anyone else. Tickets are free for Ohio History Connection members! The tour of the Harding Home will be at 1pm.
There is plenty to explore in Waldo, including the Wyandot Popcorn Museum, down the street from the Harding Home! We will also have lunch at a local restaurant.
