Tips for Successful Aging is a monthly discussion group for older adults (50+) to share information with one another in an effort to form connections and enhance well-being. 

 

This month's topic: The Most Important Factor of Successful Aging 
 
How do we define successful aging?  What is the most significant component of a “successful” life in our senior years?  We will watch a short video of a sociologist speaking about her study of these questions in Singapore, where 25% of the population is over the age of 65.  Following the video, we will explore how her results are or could be reflected in our own lives.
