A monthly meeting to discuss books: nonfiction and fiction, old and new. There is usually a monthly book recommendation, but sometimes we choose to just share whatever the individual participants have been reading.

The book describes a young doctor’s experience dealing simultaneously with the national opioid epidemic and a drug-fueled HIV outbreak.
