Tim Cook, a friend of Phoebe's, is offering a one-day interactive workshop on Sage-ing with Al Rider, a certified Sage-ing leader.

Sage-ing is a model for engaging more deliberately, more joyfully and more compassionately as we grow older. Together we will create a warm and safe space to share experiences and thoughts on some of the following topics, based on the ground-breaking book and exercises: From Age-ing to Sage-ing: A Profound New Vision of Growing Older by Rabbi Zalman Schachter-Shalomi.
The fee of $65 includes course materials and coffee/tea breaks. Lunch will be included, please email Al with any food restrictions. A discount price of $55 is available for two people living in the same household and registering together. Please email Al for the promo code.
