Caregiver's Day Out is a safe space for people with dementia to spend 1-3 hrs. while their caregiver's spend some time alone, run errands, etc.

 

Activities vary each Caregiver's Day Out and incorporate physical, cognitive, and social exercises to promote overall well-being. Examples of activities include, but are not limited to:

 

Arts & Crafts

Music

Physical Sensory Activities

Exercise (e.g., gentle yoga)

Trivia/Games

 

Light snacks and beverages are provided at each Caregiver's Day Out. Let us know what your care recipient's favorite snacks and drinks are, and we'll work hard to stock them for you!
